We request a minimum order of £200 per order.
We aim to ship by courier the same day payment is received if placed before 12 noon UK time. A tracking reference is provided as soon as the products are shipped so you as the customer can follow your package. We can offer guidance on shipping costs and length of time per country if required.
You can communicate with us either via email or telephone. When you open an account you will also be allocated an account manager who will be available to assist with any queries you might have.
We accept credit or debit card payments at the time of ordering. We also accept bank transfers and request proof of payment to release the goods to be shipped.
You are welcome to telephone us during working hours and our team will be happy to try and assist you with your query. When you open an account you will also be allocated an Account Manager who can support you with any queries you have.
You are welcome to order out of stock items, referred as “back orders”. We request that these are a minimum of 12 for each SKU. The length of time for back orders to be received in the warehouse varies between 1 and 4 weeks depending on the brand. Your Account Manager will be able to advise as necessary.
We are happy to purchase other SKU’s not listed on your behalf however ask for a minimum quantity of 12. We would also happily look at other brands that are of interest to you, please discuss this with your Account Manager.
